Refunds and cancellations

A plain summary of the plan and payment parts of our terms of use. If the two ever differ, the terms apply.

Cancelling your plan

  • You can cancel Pro or Business any time from Account & plan. Nothing renews after you cancel.
  • The plan ends straight away and your account moves to Free. Your pages are never deleted; anything above the Free limits stays saved and comes back if you upgrade again.

Refunds

  • A period that has already started isn’t refunded, unless the law requires it or we charged you by mistake.
  • If we charged you by mistake, write to us and we’ll put it right.
  • If we ever stop offering the service, we’ll give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any paid period.

Free trial

  • Every new account gets 7 days of Pro free, with no card. When the trial ends, the account moves to Free on its own, and nothing is charged.

Sessions your clients book with you

  • Clients pay you directly, by UPI or your own payment link. Card About Me never holds that money, so refunds and cancellations of sessions are between you and your client.
